We partner with perhaps the best bicycle manufacturers in the world, Trek and Bianchi. Their bikes are available in a range of sizes and feature electric bikes, hydraulic brakes, suspension forks and world-beating frame features such as great comfort and lightness to make your ride enjoyable.

We will ensure a safe ride by equipping you with helmets, innertubes, pumps, levers and a lock, as well as a map to guide the way!

If you wish to purchase an ex-hire bike from us, or even a new bike from our Saint Piran Service Course store, we will refund the full cost of your bike hire.

Hire a mountain bike or e-bike from us and explore the Bissoe Trail, also known as the Coast-to-Coast Trail. The scenic route winds all the way from the quaint creekside village of Devoran to the sandy cove of Portreath, a seaside village and fishing port on the North coast of Cornwall. 

Enjoy a hearty breakfast before you set off on your ride, or relax and warm up when you return, in our welcoming Saint Piran Café which offers a selection of delicious cakes, coffees and healthy dishes from our extensive menu. 

Setting off from our Saint Piran Café, the trail will take you nine miles to the North coast, along the former mineral tramway for Cornwall’s copper mines. The well-marked trail is easy to follow, and largely traffic-free.

Your cream tea will be presented in a convenient takeaway box with cutlery for you to enjoy as you journey along the scenic trail or relax on the beach at Portreath. We encourage you to bring a reusable mug or flask for your hot drink. However, if needed, we are more than happy to serve your drinks in a takeaway cup.
